2023/24 - School Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Job - Portland, OR

Procare Therapy is currently seeking an occupational therapist to work at a school in Portland.  While on assignment with Procare, candidates will work with students and staff to provide comprehensive services that will assist in the development of positive learning environments and promote student success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations
• Develop and Implement student IEPs 
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school personnel to improve student outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and provide guidance on academic and behavioral interventions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in occupational therapist
• Active licensure in Oregon
• Schools experience preferred, not required
