We are currently assisting a school district in the Bailey, Colorado area who is searching for a full time Occupational Therapist to partner with for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year. The OT in this position will be required to deliver direct services, participate in the IEP process, write reports, and make sure paperwork is completed in a timely manner. 

Details:

• OT Opening for 21-22 School Year
• Aug 2, 2021-May 27, 2022]
• Full time 
• 4 days per week
• Will cover two school districts
• Onsite position
• PreK-12th grade
• 20-25 students on caseload

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and interpret evaluations and test results
• Regulate occupational therapy treatment plans
• Formulate student occupational profile through a variety of assessments
• Document occupational therapy services to guarantee responsibility of service provision
