To qualify you must:

• Have active license Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Illinois. 
• Have Masters/Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active or pending DOE certificate

• Case load: School-aged, gathering more details
• Full-time hours
• Full school year with guaranteed ESY
