Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) Job - Queen Creek, AZ

Sunbelt is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position within a school district located near Queen Creek, AZ. In this role, the OT will provide services to students with various disabilities and help them achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide therapy services to students with disabilities in accordance with the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and state/federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including teachers, special educators, and other related service providers, to develop and implement appropriate interventions and strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and other required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and other stakeholders regarding student progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Arizona OT license
• Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
