Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapists (OTs) for school-based positions near Lincoln Village, California. These roles offer a rewarding opportunity to support students in developing essential skills to succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' therapy needs.
- Develop and implement customized intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to optimize student success.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with educational and legal requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide valuable input for student progress.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid California OT license.
- Prior school or pediatric experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
