Schedule: 2 days a week (7.5 hours per day)

About Us:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Glendale, AZ. This part-time position involves providing essential occupational therapy services at two school sites throughout the full school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for therapy sessions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a collaborative educational environment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Arizona OT license and IVP card.
- Previous experience in a school setting is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
