Sunbelt is working with a school district near Orange, CA and we are searching for a Occupational Therapist (OT) for the Fall school year. This will be a full time contract based position servicing students with a variety of disabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• The OT will help patients improve, regain, and develop the skills needed for day to day life 
• The OT will provide training and education to family members and other professionals
• The OT will provide IEP's for each student to reach their goals
• This is a full time ( around 35 hours a week) contract based position for the upcoming school year
• The OT will cover a leave until December. It involves 2 days a week of school site based work/caseload and 3 days of preschool assessments in a classroom based assessment model
•  Disabilities which include developmental delays, Autism, ADHD, congenital anomalies, CP, the list goes on

Job Requirements:

• The OT must have prior school or pediatric experience
• The OT must have their California Occupational Therapist License-OSPI
• Previous AAC experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of contract positions (preferred)
