Job requirements 

• State certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Wisconsin 
• Background Check 
• Fingerprint Screening 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Details

• Conducting assessments to identify students' motor, sensory, and developmental needs.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized intervention plans.
• Providing direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Implementing evidence-based interventions to improve students' fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence.
• Monitoring students' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• K-12 caseload 
• around 35 students 
• Start date: ASAP
