Occupational Therapist Assistant Full-Time Need
A great school district is now looking to hire an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a current, full-time opening. Previous experience working with children is desired, but not required for this school-based job. Responsibilities/ Duties/ Notes:
- Provide evaluations, assessments and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing and language impairments
- Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual students’ needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation and social communication
- Caseload: K-12th grade
Experience:
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric offices preferred
Education:
- New Mexico license/ PED
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy**
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Position/ 35 hours per week
Work Hours: Monday-Friday (Hours TBD)
