Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Location: San Jose, CA

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in San Jose, CA. Our school provides comprehensive rehabilitation services to students of all ages with a variety of diagnoses and conditions.


  • Assist Occupational Therapists (OTs) in implementing individualized treatment plans for students
  • Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercises to help patients achieve their goals
  • Document student progress and communicate with the OT and other members of the healthcare team
  • Help students learn and practice skills for daily living, including self-care, work, and leisure activities
  • Educate students and their families on adaptive equipment, techniques, and strategies to improve function and independence


  • Current California state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution
  • Experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening


  • Hourly Pay Rate: $29-$39/hour
    • Weekly Pay
