The district is looking for someone that is familiar with working in a school setting and can jump right in, to provide the services that the students need to reach their goals. New grads, with previous school based placements (preferred),  are encouraged to apply. Licensure / Requirements:

• Occupational Therapist licensure for the state of Texas
• Previous experience in a school (preferred) or pediatric setting
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred for some positions

Details:

• Kindergarten through 12th grade caseload
• Individual caseloads will be determined based on candidates strengths and preferences

Job Skills:

• Evaluations and Assessments
• Setting therapy goals, therapy services
• Goal planning, IEP participation
• Able to be collaborative with a multidisciplinary team
