Job Details:

• Onsite position (Glen Ellyn, IL)
• FMLA OT Coverage 
• August 18th - November 14th 
• 37.5 hours per week
• K-5th caseload 
• 1 school site 
• More caseload/position details to be provided during interview process

Requirements:

• Applicant MUST hold a Master's Level Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Applicant MUST have an active licensure through the Illinois State Board
