Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' functional abilities and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals to support students' participation in school activities.
- Provide direct therapy services and collaborate with educators and families to implement interventions.
- Document student progress and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- State licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required.
