We have an exciting full-time position available for an Occupational Therapist to join our team and work with a diverse caseload. This is an immediate start position, and we are eager to welcome a skilled professional who is committed to fostering positive development and enhancing the overall well-being of young learners. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify developmental needs and establish appropriate therapy goals
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living for preschool and elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to create a supportive and integrated therapy approach
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress regularly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, progress reports, and other required paperwork
- Stay informed about best practices and current trends in occupational therapy
Qualifications:
- Valid California Occupational Therapist Licensure
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
