A school district near Glencoe, KY is looking for a qualified and passionate Occupational Therapist.  This job administers occupational therapy assessments to determine a student's level of functioning relative to their age and educational placement in such areas as fine/gross motor skill development, sensory-motor integration, self-care, and the activities of daily living. Soliant Health is recruiting strong and experienced candidates for this contract position. 

 Occupational therapy addresses the physical, cognitive, psychosocial and sensory components of performance. In schools, occupational therapy practitioners focus on academics, play and leisure, social participation, self-care skills (ADLs or Activities of Daily Living), and transition/ work skills. The occupational therapist we're looking for understands the ins and outs of working in a school setting.

• 22/23 school year

Job Requirements:

• In-person position only

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active KY state license
