We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team.
Position Overview:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating clients’ needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals. You will work with a diverse population, including children, adults, and seniors, in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients’ physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and needs.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to provide effective therapy interventions.
- Educate clients and their families on strategies to promote independence and improve daily living skills.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in occupational therapy.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate level degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in [schools, pediatrics, geriatrics, skilled nursing, mental health] preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
