Details:

• This position is a full-time on-site position 
• Provide advice and support to family members
• Assessing students' communication, physical, and cognitive skills to develop treatment plans
• Installing necessary equipment in the classroom for the students with disabilities and educating on how to use the equipment
• Assisting in students' participation in activities that accommodate their unique circumstances
• Monitors therapy programs and consults with educational staff regarding inclusion on appropriate occupational therapy treatment strategies into the educational program
• Modify the program based on the guidelines of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) as necessary

Required:

• Must have Arkansas OT Certification
• Must have Master's or Doctorate for OT
• Ability to work within the educational staff and promote cohesion for the students
• Effective listening, communication, and listening skills
