Occupational Therapist (OT) Opportunity - San Bernardino, CA

Do you have a passion for helping children with disabilities succeed in their academic and personal goals? We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in San Bernardino, CA.

As an Occupational Therapist in our school district, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students from K-12. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans and provide individualized interventions to support students' success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized evaluations to determine students' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to support the academic success and independence of students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans
• Assess, monitor and document student progress
• Provide ongoing education and support to families and staff

Requirements:

• Must have a valid California Occupational Therapist license
• Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel between schools as needed

Compensation and Benefits:

• $40.00+ hourly - dependent on experience 
• Weekly paychecks

• Mileage reimbursements 

This is a full-time position with a caseload of 40-50 students. The therapist will be itinerate, traveling to multiple schools throughout the district.
