Occupational Therapist (OT) Position Near Fresno, CA

We are seeking a highly motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team of dedicated professionals in providing school-based services to children in Fresno, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized occupational therapy interventions to meet the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine the need for occupational therapy services
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and collaborate with other professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Provide ongoing education and support to parents, teachers, and other caregivers to promote carryover of therapy goals into the classroom and home environments

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)
• California state licensure
• Previous experience working with children with disabilities or in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
