About Us: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional therapy services within a school setting. Responsibilities: As an Occupational Therapist in our school setting, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments to determine students' individual needs and creating personalized treatment plans
• Providing direct therapy services to students, addressing a wide range of sensory, fine motor, and coordination challenges
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement strategies that promote student success
• Monitoring and documenting progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and maintaining accurate records
• Participating in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings to provide valuable insights and recommendations

Qualifications:

• A valid state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and colleagues
• Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate therapy activities
• Understanding of IEP processes and familiarity with special education laws and regulations

Schedule: This is a full-time position, with a workweek of 37.5 hours. The schedule will align with the school calendar and operating hours.
