Job: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Tacoma, WA  (Onsite Job)

Sunbelt is searching for Occupational Therapists in the Tacoma, WA area to help assist students in the upcoming school year. School experience is desired for candidates. We are ready to review resumes and begin interviewing applicants for the new OT positions so please apply today.

Job Details & Qualifications:

• Full-Time
• 37.5 hours per week, M-F
• K – 6th caseload
• Onsite Only
• Active OT License in WA
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• WA State License Required, WA ESA Certification
• School and pediatric experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct services to students with learning and behavioral challenges as needed
• Administer occupational therapy assessments and evaluations to determine a student’s level of functioning
• Consult with educational staff regarding incorporation of appropriate occupational therapy treatment strategies into the educational program
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings
• Develop occupationally based intervention plans based on student needs and evaluation results
