• Must hold an Associate, Bachelor, or Master's Level Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Must be licensed through the State Board
• Arizona IVP fingerprint card
• School-based OT experience preferred but not required
• 2022-2023 school year
• Part-Time (5 hrs/wk)
• K-4th grade caseload
