Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Culver, IN
Position Type: Part-time (Onsite Only)
Schedule: 1 - 1.5 days per week (flexible scheduling)
About Us:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Culver, IN. This part-time position will allow for flexibility in scheduling while providing essential occupational therapy services to students within the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to a caseload of 22 students, primarily focusing on handwriting skills.
- Support two students with cerebral palsy by addressing their visual motor needs, collaborating with the onsite Physical Therapist as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for therapy sessions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall success of the therapy program.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Indiana OT license.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Willing to supervise a COTA and provide virtual OT supervision if needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
