Overview: Soliant Health is dedicated to providing a nurturing and inclusive educational environment for our students. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and support the well-being and success of our students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student’s sensory-motor development and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student’s occupational therapy needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
- Support student’s participation in academic and social activities
- Create IEP and student goals/objectives
Qualifications:
- Master of Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy Degree
- Active Illinois OT license
