Job Title: School Occupational Therapist (OT)

Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of students? Soliant is seeking a School Occupational Therapist to join our team in Beverly Hills, CA and surrounding areas. In this role, you will work directly with students in educational settings, helping them develop and improve the skills necessary for daily living and participation in school activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, including therapeutic exercises, sensory integration techniques, and adaptive equipment recommendations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' goals and progress
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' occupational therapy needs
• Stay up-to-date with current best practices and research in the field of occupational therapy

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license or eligibility
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
