Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the education team to support the student's educational goals.
• Monitor and track student progress, make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans, and document all services provided.

Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in occupational therapy.
