Job Description:

As a School Occupational Therapist (OT), you will be an essential part of our compassionate team, working closely with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities to enhance their functional skills and improve their overall well-being. Your expertise in occupational therapy will help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' unique needs and develop personalized therapy plans.
  • Deliver effective and engaging therapy sessions to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, and overall functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to integrate therapy goals into the academic curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Missouri.
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
