Job Description:

As a School Occupational Therapist (OT), you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, working closely with students of all ages and diverse backgrounds to help them develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential. Your expertise will play a crucial role in promoting independence, improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, and facilitating overall academic success for our students.


  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions to address students' motor, sensory, and cognitive challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to implement strategies and interventions within the classroom setting.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and provide regular reports to track improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest occupational therapy techniques and adapt your approach to meet evolving educational needs.


  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Louisiana.
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
