School Occupational Therapist (OT) Port Arthur, TX Area

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to work for an immediate start and hire for the current school year around Port Arthur, TX servicing elementary students during the school day! This school based OT position will consider state of Texas OTs with pediatric or schools experience, as the OT will also be supervising a COTA. The Occupational Therapist will work with 35-40 students, be able to make their own schedule and be responsible for therapy and school based goals and indirect services.

Position Overview: 

• full time, 30-37.5 hours a week (flexible schedule)
• school setting, 35-40 student caseload
• flexible schedule
• immediate hire and start (1-2 weeks from a job offer ideally) 

Qualifications: 

• state of Texas license as a Occupational Therapist or eligible to receive 
• pediatric or schools experience prior 
• knowledge of IEPs
