• Develop personalized treatment plans and goals to enhance students' motor skills and functional abilities.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support students' physical development and independence.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a collaborative and holistic approach to student care.
• Utilize adaptive equipment and assistive devices to promote student participation in educational activities.
• Monitor and document students' progress regularly, making adjustments to therapy strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina.
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is advantageous, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric conditions and occupational therapy interventions.
