Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Marietta, GA, and the surrounding areas. As a PT, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of students by helping them improve their physical function, mobility, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' motor skills, strength, range of motion, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans based on assessment results and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting motor function, balance, coordination, and independence
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create holistic support plans for students
• Adapt classroom environments and activities to promote optimal physical development and participation
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as needed
• Stay up to date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in physical therapy

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Georgia state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Experience working with school-aged children in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of motor development, musculoskeletal function, and therapeutic interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
