Soliant is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate School Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in San Francisco, CA, and the surrounding areas. As a PT, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by helping them improve their mobility, strength, and overall physical well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' motor skills, strength, range of motion, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans based on assessment results
• Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on improving their motor function, balance, coordination, and independence
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create comprehensive support plans
• Adapt classroom environments and activities to promote optimal physical development and participation
• Monitor and track student progress, and adjust therapy techniques as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in physical therapy

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Experience working with school-aged children in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong knowledge of motor development, musculoskeletal function, and therapeutic interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
