Responsibilities:

As a School Physical Therapist (PT), you will play a crucial role in supporting students' physical development and participation in educational activities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing students' motor skills, strength, balance, and mobility.
• Developing and implementing individualized physical therapy plans.
• Providing direct intervention and therapeutic exercises to address students' specific needs.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to student support.
• Monitoring students' progress and adjusting therapy goals as needed.
• Conducting periodic evaluations to measure progress and inform intervention strategies.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachucets.
• Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
