School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Near Kingsland, TX
Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic school team near Kingsland, TX. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist to support students with physical, developmental, or sensory challenges, helping them thrive in a school setting. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in providing occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs.

Help implement individualized treatment plans and goals designed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Work directly with students in one-on-one or group sessions to improve their fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.

Maintain accurate records and document student progress.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure therapy goals are met.
Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Valid Texas COTA license or eligibility.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a school setting.

Previous experience with children is preferred but not required.
