Position: Full-Time Occupational Therapy (OT) Professional

Duration: Full School Year
Compensation: $40 - $57 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapy (OT) professional to join a dynamic school team near Enumclaw, WA. In this full-time role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and families to help children achieve their goals through innovative therapy interventions and support. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals.
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services in group and one-on-one settings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Washington State OT license.
- School-based experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
