Desired qualifications and background:
- Valid and current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Illinois (or ability to obtain)

- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students’ unique needs

- Supporting students both one-on-one and in small groups to enhance participation, self-regulation, fine motor, and daily living skills
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing input to teams, ensuring a holistic approach to student support
- Maintaining accurate therapy records, progress notes, and required reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Educating school staff and families on therapeutic strategies to foster carryover of skills
