Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Michigan Occupational Therapy License required
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children, particularly Pre-K through 5th grade
- Solid understanding of pediatric occupational therapy practices in schools

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for supporting student growth in both academic and daily life skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to Pre-K and elementary-aged students, addressing fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skill needs
- Assess students and develop individualized plans to support their participation and success in the school setting
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create inclusive, supportive educational environments
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and team discussions, advocating for student needs and best practices
- Foster a positive, safe, and motivating space for therapy sessions
