Your first responsibility will be conducting a singular assessment for two students, determining their unique needs in both Occupational and Physical Therapy. Depending on these results, you may be contracted for ongoing, weekly interventions with one or both students—providing continuity of care and a chance to truly see your impact.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Valid OT or PT license in Utah (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy settings
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative, flexible approach to meeting students’ needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth OT and PT evaluations for two students
- Present assessment findings and recommendations to educational staff and families
- Deliver direct therapy services if ongoing weekly intervention is recommended
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to school compliance standards
