Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Kansas
- Current CPR certification

- Familiarity with Medicaid billing practices is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver Occupational Therapy services to students, supporting their access to the curriculum
- Evaluate student abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and Medicaid requirements
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and help develop therapeutic strategies tailored to each student’s needs
