About the Position:
Soliant is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Muncie, Indiana. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with students from Pre-K through 12th grade, providing essential therapeutic support to help them thrive in their educational environments.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Indiana Occupational Therapy license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with various disabilities and challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate students, staff, and families about occupational therapy practices and strategies.
