What We’re Looking For:
- Current, active Occupational Therapist license valid in Virginia
- Solid background working with children or pediatric populations
- Experience in school-based OT settings is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment and caseload
- Commitment to the full school year
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services for students, addressing fine motor, sensory processing, and other developmental needs
- Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Work closely with teachers, other related service providers, and families to promote student success
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Travel between elementary and middle school campuses to serve assigned caseload
