Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with school-age children, particularly in elementary and middle school settings
- Familiarity with both direct and indirect OT service models
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload of approximately 50 students
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver OT services to a diverse caseload across both elementary and middle school campuses
- Provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure effective support
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as required
- Adapt to direct, indirect, or blended service arrangements as needed
