Key Qualifications:
- Active Arizona state license in Occupational Therapy
- Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of supporting diverse student populations, adapting interventions across developmental stages
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with educators, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in a school setting, from preschool through middle school
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate closely with educational teams to develop strategies that enhance classroom participation and educational access
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with school and state requirements
- Provide consultation and training for teachers and families to reinforce therapy goals in the classroom and at home
