Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026–2027 school year in Tucson, Arizona. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support students in developing the skills needed for academic success and daily functioning within a school setting.
Work Schedule:
Part-time hours; schedule to be determined based on school needs
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay range: $45–$60/hour (based on experience and qualifications, aligned with Arizona OT market rates)

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Provide direct occupational therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Recommend adaptive equipment and classroom modifications
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Monitor student outcomes and adjust intervention strategies as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
- NBCOT certification required
- Previous school-based experience preferred
