Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' sensory, motor, and developmental needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement effective individualized therapy plans.
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-regulation.
- Create engaging and innovative activities to support students' educational goals and overall development.
- Maintain accurate records, track progress, and communicate effectively with team members and families.
Qualifications:
- Valid California state license/certification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy is advantageous.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing effective therapy interventions.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
