Key Qualifications:
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with active and valid licensure
- Prior experience working in pediatric or school-based settings is required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each student

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services as planned and supervised by an OT
- Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills for classroom participation
- Collaborate with educators and other support staff to integrate strategies within daily activities
- Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Contribute to IEP meetings as needed, providing valuable input on student needs and progress
- Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and state regulations
