Key Qualifications:
- Active COTA licensure in Missouri
- Experience in educational or pediatric therapy settings preferred
- Strong organizational abilities to independently schedule and manage student sessions

- Commitment to serving the unique needs of school-aged children
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 32 students, totaling around 800 minutes weekly
- Serve students across different sites, ensuring consistent, high-quality care in each assigned building
- Collaborate with other professionals in evaluating progress and adjusting strategies as needed
- Create a personalized weekly schedule with initial oversight, adapting to meet students’ needs
- Complete timely documentation and comply with school policies and procedures
This is a full-time role, generally 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, covering 7.5-hour days. As you move between elementary, middle, and high school settings, you’ll build relationships and gain diverse experience, all while maintaining autonomy over your routine and making a meaningful difference during the school year.
