Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with licensed occupational therapists and educational staff to support students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
- Collect and document data on student progress and performance
- Provide direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings
- Educate teachers and families on strategies to reinforce progress in the classroom and at home
- Assist with classroom modifications to enhance accessibility and participation
