Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Dayton, OH

Qualifications:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Pupil services license is required
- Previous experience in a school setting or with K–12th grade clients is strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of occupational therapy services under the guidance of an OT supervisor
- Assisting with implementation of student-specific therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Keeping detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participating in team meetings and providing insightful input on student needs
- Adapting interventions and strategies for a wide range of ages and abilities
