Key Qualifications:
- Active certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
- Experience in school settings or working with students (K-12) is highly desired
- Ability to deliver both direct and indirect OT services in accordance with IEPs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, school staff, and families
- Organizational ability to manage records and document services accurately
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy support to students under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement therapy activities to help students achieve educational and functional goals
- Collect and maintain data, progress reports, and timely documentation of provided services
- Collaborate with teachers and school teams to ensure integrated student support
- Deliver services within your contracted hours, with no additional duties such as bus or parent pick-up required
